Registration
Thanks so much for your interest in our program! If you have any questions or to schedule a tour, just send us an email at office@willowloft.org. There is a $50 registration fee due with each application. Acceptance Letters will be sent out starting in March with your child's designated class.
Parents will receive a detailed checklist of procedures, forms, and funds required before their child's first day in the classroom and/or published deadlines.
• A registration application and the required fees/tuition will need to be submitted
• Signed parent forms outlining WLP’s policies
• A record of required immunizations or signed exemption form*
*Immunization exemptions are allowed for medical or religious reasons. A physician must sign medical exemptions; religious exemptions are signed by the parent or guardian and must be notarized. All banks and credit unions will notarize your form for free.
• A copy of your child’s last physical or wellness checkup (must be within the last 12 months)
